Incredible shot - loved that soft texture of the quiet lake stretching to the image's vanishing point, quite tactile, sensuous. Dark forest rimming, shapes reflecting in the water with just a hint of movement. All nicely captured. It's the abrupt contrast here though that really hits the eye: those sharply jagged lines of the tree, doubled by mirror effect, slicing into the soft and still skin of the lake. Quite breathtaking, Heather.
