What a gripping photograph - stunning colours. Loved the appealing contrast between the red berries and the white snow, between the frozen snow and the living berries both clinging precariously to that slender branch. You celebrate life in the midst of a cold winter landscape. I challenge anyone to walk by this photo and not stare at it. The image has a tactile quality - you want to reach out and touch it, taste it. As well, the lines of geometry are pleasing to the eye.- the dark verticals running into the sharp circles of the berries. Beautiful photograph.
