Love this image:vertical subject matter played against the horizontal framing, attractive pull of the extended depth as my line of vision wanders serenely through and deep into the trees or as you note "into the woods", the soft interplay of the colours creating emotional warmth. Yes, there is some uniformity here but also most vividly stability, community, strength, growth, your connection to and love of nature surfacing. Clearly "feeling" this image, Heather, I admire the way you reach beyond the literal.
